Electrician

Electrician

You can’t explain it. When something needs doing, you’re the get-it-done one people trust.

Everyone has something they’re best at doing. For you, it’s electric. It makes sense to you. It just feels right to help people by solving problems.

Every day as an electrician is a new day—every call a new puzzle to be solved. Sure, there’s some routine. But, it’s YOUR routine. Through it all, you keep a cool head, applying your experience to get the job done, leaving people feeling good about the work you’ve done.

Most people don’t realize logical reasoning is your super-power—seasoned with a fireman’s sense of mission. You run toward problems, assessing and correcting them. That’s what draws you to this work—and its rewards.

We need someone like you on the Boulden Brothers team. Someone whose caring nature calms a client’s concerns, explains their options, and gets the job done. Piece of cake for you because even though every call brings something new, it’s just a new version of work you’ve seen before.

There’s plenty of work for you here—a 40-hour week in a clean, stocked truck, ongoing training that continually sharpens your skills, and a team that’s got your back as you go about fixing problems.

Of course, a gig like this includes medical, dental, 401k, vision, prescription, life insurance and long-term disability benefits. Because you’re a professional, we toss in paid holidays and will match your vacation time too. Because we value education, we also have tuition reimbursement for you and college scholarships for your kids.

I grew up in this business. I understand the rewards and frustrations it can bring. We believe making lives better by doing what’s right does just as much for each other as it does for our clients. That’s why we’re focused on being the safest and most desirable company in our industry to work with and for. That’s who we are. That’s how we do what we do. While you can probably get an electrician job anywhere, working at Boulden Brothers means you can grow as far as you want to go, celebrating successes big and small with people you’ll like because everyone’s passed a drug and background check. We treat each other with care and respect. You’d think people who join our team stay. They do. How about you?

Your next step: if you are an experienced electrician, call my mobile – (302) 383-4834 and we will talk about what makes Boulden Brothers different and if you are a good fit for our team! If you are interested in our apprentice program, please go to https://bouldenbrothers.jobs/apprenticeship-program/ and apply for our apprentice program.

I look forward to hearing from you.

HVAC Installer

Seeking HVAC Installation Puzzle Master

You’re a Tetris kind of person. Just like that old video game, you see things coming and quickly see where they fit best. You take pride in finding a way to solve whatever puzzle of a project that lands in front of you. It’s a gift.

That’s what draws you to technical work. Troubleshooting is a bonus because you love the satisfaction of completing every kind of project—especially the challenging ones. It’s proof of the problem-solving super-powers that make you a perfect fit for our Lead HVAC Installation Technician position.

Your problem-solving talents mean you’re naturally able to lead an assistant through demo, retrofitting, and installation projects from start to finish per current code. While you enjoy working independently, coordinating and communicating with other team members and organizations is just another puzzle you handle without breaking a sweat.

Speaking of sweat, let’s be clear: this is hard work. Very hard and often hot work. That’s why you need the ability to lift more than 75 pounds, climb ladders, carry equipment, and leap tall buildings in a single bound. Okay, let’s leave that to Superman. You’re super enough to do the rest—like brazing line sets and handling low- and high-voltage wiring. You’ll need to understand gas piping—both flex and hard pipe. Just more puzzle pieces for the puzzle master.

Because this is demanding work, it’s packed with all the benefits you’d expect: medical, dental, 401k, vision, prescription, and life insurance and disability benefits. We believe hard work has its rewards. That’s why we include paid vacation and paid holidays too.

I grew up in this business. I understand its rewards and frustrations. We believe in making lives better by doing what’s right. That goes for each other and clients. That’s why we’re focused on being the safest and most desirable company in our industry to work with and for. That’s who we are. That’s how we do what we do.

This is a great place because we’re united in sharing the same vision for Boulden Brothers’ success and growth. It’s only natural, then, that you would want to be a student of our business. Living that “can do” attitude makes you open to collaborating with others and receiving coaching.

There are easier jobs out there. But none that can match the potential rewards within your grasp here at Boulden Brothers. Here you’ll be an integral part of a winning team, celebrating successes big and small with people you’ll like because everyone’s passed a drug and background check. We treat each other with care and respect. You’d think people who join our team stay. They do. How about you?

Your next step: if you are an experienced installer, call my mobile – (302) 383-4834 and we will talk about what makes Boulden Brothers different and if you are a good fit for our team!
