Apprenticeship Program
Whether you have completed trade school or are simply looking for on-the-job training, joining our team as an Apprentice will expose you to one of three fields of study – Plumbing, HVAC, or Electric. Partnered with a Senior Technician on a daily basis, you will learn the ins and outs of the trade.

Training Program Lengths
We know that everyone learns at a different pace, so these are just suggestions:
∗ Plumbing – typically 20-24 months.
∗ HVAC – typically 4-5 months, depending on your mechanical background.
∗ Electric – 20-24 months.
Four-Step Training Program
Boulden Brothers has an in-house Training Manager dedicated to your development and success. Training is provided in four different ways: In person at our facility, online, away for a week or two of training, and on-the-job training.
