Sean and Michael were our installation technicians and did a great job for us. On arrival they introduced themselves and identified the best way to move the equipment on and out of the house. Once the new install was complete, they reviewed the operation of the equipment with me and answered all of my questions. The work area was left clean. We are very pleased.

Charlie Dike identified an issue with our circuit breaker box while here on another problem. He came back and replaced the box and did a phenomenal job. He explained everything that needed to be done and worked quickly and efficiently. We are extremely pleased with his work and his great customer service.
We've been a Boulden client for years. Had problems with a faucet a few weeks ago. Joe came the next day and fixed it but given the work that was done I felt we were over-charged. Called the office the next day and manager agreed and cut the bill in half! Great customer service!!! Note that we pay a monthly service contract fee for regular preventive maintenance, etc. Joe also gave us a quote on replacing galvanized pipe in our 60yo house. We also have an 11yo water heater. So we scheduled that work. Walt came out for this big job and was terrific. Got it all done in one day! Our sinks & tub drain so much better now! And having a new water heater relieves the nervousness of the old one rusting through and flooding our utility room. We highly recommend these guys!
I had called Boulden Brothers with regard to replacing my AC and heater and right from the start it was a pleasurable experience. The person who answer the phone was great to work with. She scheduled me with a very quick time to see a project manager Jon Rivers. Jon was very prompt with showing up for my scheduled appointment. Jon made me feel very comfortable with him as soon as we met. His experience, honesty and understanding of my situation was very good. Jon spent a good amount of time and did a very through job of explaining every thing. I had to call him the next day and he responded back quickly. I would recommend Jon as a project manager.
Exceeded my expectations. Quick response, diagnosis, repair and payment process. Friendly and competent service technicians. I really liked receiving the text that introduced the technician with picture prior to his arrival to my home. I will recommend this company to my family and friends.
Boulden Brothers promptly scheduled my maintenance service when requested. The day of my service appointment, the company dispatcher called me 30 minutes ahead to notify me the technician was on the way. Ryan arrived within the 30 minute time bracket and listened to my questions, asking if I was having any problems with the HVAC system Boulden Bros had installed 9 years ago. Ryan followed up on my questions regarding AC air flow, and did a complete system check. Afterward, he reviewed his findings, showed me the insides of the AC unit, and made several recommendations concerning steps I could take with normal homeowner maintenance, and some corrective steps I should consider scheduling for the future.
Ryan was respectful, used time wisely, and answered all my questions. He went the extra mile with unit check both inside my basement and at the outside unit. This is the type of service I have come to expect with Boulden Brothers. I could on them to respond promptly, address issues, and give me options for how I can proceed with any follow up needed. I have complete confidence in them.
We had Jon Rivers come out to speak with us about purchasing a new air conditioning system for our home, replacing a 16 year old system,which had many issues starting the very first year. The company that installed it charged me $350.00 to replace a condenser fan that was only 11 months old, their warranty only covered parts.
Jon's first question was "have you had anyone out to diagnosis your system?". Wow, a salesman who is not pushing for a sale and looking out for the consumer, very rare these days. Jon was very professional, courteous, and thorough, explaining everything he was doing every step of the way and asking many times if we had questions.
They are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either, their pricing is set pricing, so therefore there is no haggling.
We can't wait for the install, even though Mother Nature is cooperating nicely!
