Jon Rivers was the Comfort Consultant that met with me to discuss all of our options for replacing our furnace. He arrived on time, was polite, and was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions. He did not pressure me to make a decision right away, which made the consultation far more pleasant than I expected! Though the furnace has yet to be installed, I am confident that the process will go smoothly with Jon and the Boulden team as a whole.
I had my annual furnace checkup and was quite pleased with Courtney's work. She was very thorough and efficient.
I had my furnace serviced today. The job was done quickly. He even verified which thermostate was heat on my second floor.
We did water testing on the well, good on PH and hardness, the anoide rod was giving a sulphur dioxide smell out the fausets which was traced to the rod. Cut it off and the smell has gone away. Great service as always.

Woke up this morning to find that our heater was not working. Fortunately for a November morning it was not that cold and it actually got warmer during the day. Still I was trying to knock the chill out of the house and was getting nothing. Call the company that installed our heater 22 years ago and found out they are not in the heating business anymore. I had heard Boulden Brothers commercials on WDEL and asked what he thought of them. He gave BB's a thumbs up and I called. The gal who answered the phone at BB's gave me a window of when a Tech would be there and he arrived sooner than later. Jason checked the heater and told me the "bad news".....he even showed me the cracks on the inside of the heater with a camera. Jason was very knowledgeable and spoke in terms I could understand. We got plenty of mileage out of our old heater and now it is time to upgrade to a safer model. Jason put me in contact with someone to schedule a sales rep to come out and give me my options. Also the price quoted when I originally called was what they charged and now it will be rolled into the price on our new unit. So far so good. Will continue my review for the sales rep in another page.

Very impressed today with the service that Boulden Bros. tech, Johnny Curtis provided on my furnace. He was courteous ,informative and knowledgeable. When future attention is needed on my furnace and AC, I will request Mr. Curtis as the technician for the job. I continue to be a satisfied customer!
I love that there work is excellent. Theylet ypu know when they are on their way. The repair man Phil was very pleasant and did the job in a timely manner. Phil was respectful and made sure I had all questions if any answer.

Charlie just fixed the electric in my basement. He was quick, thorough, very friendly and even had a treat for my dog! This is the second time he’s done work on my house and he remembered me even though it was 3 years ago the last time he came out. Best service I’ve ever had from any home repair place. Phillip from Boulden Brothers just completed a major repair of our HVAC system today (Sunday), having spent more than 6 hours to get our heat back on after a very chilly week. Last week during a routine service visit, he identified a major problem with our gas system and explained that for our safety he would need to shut the systems down. After his thorough explanation, we were thankful that he showed genuine concern for our safety. Thanks again, Phillip and Boulden Brothers (and Maurice also) for taking good care of us! Walt diagnosed and fixed a problem that had been ongoing for months. He was quick, efficient and courteous. Three qualities that make a great technician in his field. I will definitely be asking for him by name for any future repairs.
I called Boulden on a Sunday evening for a problem I had with my furnace. The woman who answered my call was cheerful and professional. She dispatched a technician and he arrived within an hour. I received a follow-up call and a text informing me that the technician was enroute. Phil arrived and quickly discovered the problem. He was courteous and friendly and professional.
Jon Rivers of Boulden Brothers was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, personable, professional, thorough, easy to talk to and efficient. He outlined all of the changes that were needed to be made and addressed the change that I wanted of the thermostat placement and will be able to accomplish it. He made the experience very pleasant.
