John Rivers came out to the house last Friday after the tech told me my Heat Exchanger had a crack. John went over all the options and made me feel more at ease. John was knowledgeable and friendly and a good representative for the company.

I found that my furnace crapped out on a Sunday. I left a message Sunday night and got a prompt call back. Scheduled a technician to come. They actually called and said they had a cancellation and the tech ( Mario) came earlier. Showed me the problem which was a cracked heat exchange with his scope. Helped me get a salesman out to me quickly. Jon Rivers came and did a whole house audit and told me the furnace that dies was actually too big. Jon was very knowledgeable and when he left I felt like I knew enough to understand the basics. It definitely helped me when another company came later for a second bid. The best thing about Jon was I never felt like he was giving me a sales pitch. He just laid out what I had, and gave me the options to let me choose. Also, Jon and his manager were able to rearrange some things to get my furnace replaced when it was good for me. The prices were right in line with the other company. Overall a great experience during a very trying time with young kids and no heat.
I have been satisfied from the very first time we had Boulder Brothers come into our home. We even called to have them install a new unit in my in laws home. Jose was here today and found a small problem that he is having fixed for us. 😀
Today was my second encounter with project specialist Jon Rivers. The first was several years ago, when I put a new air conditioner / heater in my rental home. He was awesome then. Today we were looking for for a back up to our current heat pump. I remembered Jon from the last time we met. He was very professional. He was very patient explaining all of our options. He offered many suggestions and did not try to "make a sale" for the sake of it. Although we will not be making a decision yet, we will be calling him and Boulden to do our project!
I can't rave highly enough about the service we received today. Our service person (Courtney) knows her stuff and is so very personable. I hugged her before she left! On another day, Jon Rivers came to give an estimate. I can't believe how very thorough a job he did. He, also, was personable and professional and knows his stuff.
I called Boulden to have one of their service people check on a strange noise coming from my HVAC unit. Courtney was the representative sent out, and after some investigation, found the problem! Thanks for the great service!
Jon Rivers came out today, very professional and knowledge. I was very anxious about the appointment before but extremely comfortable during and after the appointment. While Jon collected all the information for the estimate to install a new heayer, he explained everything step by step so we knew our options and what will happen during installation.
I called for an estimate on our electric issue, Jason came over, answered my questions, informed us on words to listen for when others give an estimate. He gave us information about the care club. While we are still deciding this will weigh heavily on our decision! Thanks Jason!

I've called Boulden to fix our Daikin furnace electrical problem. They sent Courtney over to our house. She identified the problem, patiently explained our options and comletlety solved it to our satisfaction.

I called Boulder Brothers after there was a short in the power box..that resulted in no power in our home. Jason came out after hours and did the BEST job. I have 3 teens and a toddler so a power outage was NOT good. Thank you so much
We have been customers of Boulden Brothers for only a few years. We previously worked with another local company who lacked the skills customer service and dedication that I have seen from everyone we have worked with at Boulden Brothers. Today our annual service technician was Courtney. As always she was professional and very knowledgeable. I was thankful to hear that our equipment is working as it should be; however I know that if we ever do you have an issue, the wonderful people at Boulden Brothers will be there to help. Is there a way to give 6 stars??? Thanks so much.
Project Specialist Jon Rivers arrived to my home today to provide an estimate for a natural gas heater replacement. He arrived on time. He patiently explained every step of his inspection. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even showed me how to review any county permit that was authorized on my residence. No one or contractor had ever done this before. We negotiated a price that was totally in line with my cost projections which I did not share with Jon beforehand. The cost was lower than the other guy's. I was able to get the top unit at a lower price than the other guy's 2nd best unit. The choice was clear. I am glad that I called Boulden Brothers. I am a first-time customer. Thank you.
We received an estimate today from Rob for a replacement furnace for the one Boulden put in 19 years ago. He spent over 2 hours explaining everything (options, prices,etc) and measuring everything. He was right on time, and very thorough and patient. I couldn't ask for a better person to deal with.
I called up Boulden Brothers for my routine servicing and they identified a small crack in my furnace heat exchanger. I called around for a second opinion, but Bouldens insisted that Jason Carpenter come over and take a look with a camera scope. He was able to show me a crack which otherwise probably would have gone on without notice. I was then in a situation where I needed to replace my 22 year old furnace and Jon Rivers came out to do a thorough analysis of my home to determine the correct unit and the proper air intake. Following that, it was unfortunately a week without heat... but, once Chris and Dave came out to install the furnace they insisted on working a full 12 hours after running into some install problems (my furnace is in a very small closet). Those guys hung around until almost 9PM on a Friday to make sure that my family had heat on over the cold weekend. Overall a great experience from all of those guys, despite the unfortunate situation.
Very grateful to have had Jason and Courtney as a tech. Nice, professional, and personable. I only gave 3 starts since I was not impressed with how the manager Gabe treated me over the phone.
Jason came to help determine why we had no power to outlets after I had been painting in a room where I removed the socket covers. He was very professional , found the problem. Now I can finish painting my room without guilt.

I'm new to oil heat and when our furnace was blowing cold air I called Boulden Brothers. From my original call with Katie to the technician Travis the experience was excellent. Travis was able to answer all my questions about the furnace and fix the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks again Boulden Brothers!!
I've lived in my home for about 27 years and have never had an experience like the one I had when Jon Rivers came out to my house to give me an estimate to have a Daikin mini split system installed. He wrote and handed me the proposal before he left my home. He was able to answer ALL of my questions without hesitation and followed up by phone or email in response to any additional questions within minutes. After interviewing 5 separate companies, I am inclined to go with Boulden Brothers based on this experience. Thanks Jon!

We applaud the work of Travis on November 7 as he diagnosed the problems with our 16-year-old furnace and the followup work of his colleague Jon Rivers who designed a new HVAC system for us in a very timely way. We decided to replace our heating and air conditioning system based on their excellent professional assistance.
